The Shed
This industrial, covered open-air space features a Martin Stove mural wall, stage lighting, and a full sound system. Outdoor heaters and fans (along with clear vinyl curtains) help temper the weather to make this outdoor space more comfortable.
The Shed is a flexible space that can arrange in many ways.

Please note that capacity numbers are subject to change based on your specific setup requests. We will carefully evaluate each event’s needs to ensure the space is optimized for your event’s success and comfort.

- Located off the Courtyard and around the corner from the Food Garden
- Vinyl curtains can be open or closed, and installed heaters and fans help temper weather (please remember that this is a covered outdoor space)

The Shed has an installed sound system, and we recommend live entertainment utilize this system (rather than bring in a PA). We offer three packages of A/V services. Ambient and stage lighting included. Visit stove.house/the-shed-av to view our A/V packages and services.
Catering may only be provided by restaurants located in Stovehouse. Outside alcohol is prohibited. For a list of choices, please visit stove.house/catering-shed-canteen.
Stovehouse is excited to be a Huntsville Arts & Entertainment district and offer purple cups around campus. This offers you and your guests greater flexibility and a wider selection of beverages from the multiple bars on campus. Private bars are not available inside The Shed, however The Brewer’s Cooperative can provide a private bar just steps away from The Shed.
Sunday-Wednesday: $450 (first 2 hours) + $100 for each additional hour. Setup and teardown must be within your rental window.
Thursday-Saturday: $550 (first 2 hours) + $100 for each additional hour. Setup and teardown must be within your rental window.
