Don’t miss Jordan Gillis LIVE in The Booth at Stovehouse Saturday, May 18th from 7pm – 10pm. This is a FREE SHOW, & all ages are welcome!
Gillis is known for his combination of soulful singing and virtuosic lead guitar. He hails from Turners Station, a small historic black community in Baltimore, Maryland.
Gillis says he just writes what he feels like writing, and that his songs come from his experiences. He has gone from living in a shack to playing in front of thousands of people and being on tv. Those experiences are all a part of who Gillis is as a performer and songwriter.
“My life has been a crazy journey, it’s been hard, but I know why things had to be that way and I wouldn’t change it,” Gillis stated.
Along the way, he’s been able to share his story with the world through his music.
